And so... HIBIKI II was over. The whole process felt so long, but now.. everything just went past like a flash.
This time round, we played it big.
A bigger scale concert with the best of we can present
I still can remember the nights i stayed up working on the brochure, exporting it and send it to sensei in the middle of the night.
The long hour training every time at Hibikiya, almost reaching home 11 plus per training.
The programme booklet, done while people was training hard.
I sat in the pantry alone rushing this informative art work for people.
Not just me, everybody worked hard.
So many nights of phone dialing and discussion.
All for a single moment together.
This is Taiko. A real one.
Not just a group of individuals who knows how to play, but a group of individuals who love to play and show.
First time receiving flowers on stage.
Felt shy... but yeah, who cares, given my character...
My first miyake bachi, another reason to work hard!
Even after the show, some lady came to me, and thank me for giving her some awesome showmanship.
She totally felt my passion and enjoyed all the pieces I done.
Whoever you are, thanks. Those are kind words that push me to the next level :)
This whole period of time were quite a struggle.
New items here and there... And many last minute decisions...
But of all these can't compare with the fact that people are leaving soon.
I can't help. But to feel sad. Really really sad.
Next round is Chingay. must have fun together!
Nevertheless, an awesome breakthrough for Hibikiya!
